Morel mushrooms filled with whipped chèvre, pea purée & basil oil.

Roasted beets, whipped tahini, pomegranate vinaigrette & Za'atar

roasted almonds.

White bean & mushroom cassoulet, shaved brussels salad.

Fresh Mascarpone whipped with goat cheese. Truffle honey, lemon pound cake

crumbles & thyme.
