Balsamic drizzle.

Potato, leek & cream, garnished with caviar & fried leeks.

Roasted carrots & tzatziki, garnished with lightly crumbled Feta & walnuts.

Three

Semi-dried confit tomatoes topped with smoked tuna loin, cilantro & pomegranate

molasses aioli.

Four

Confit chicken, pomme purée, peas, pearl onions & mushrooms topped with carrot confetti.

Five

Pan-seared pork belly with shaved Brussels sprouts. Garnished with chili oil.

Six

Fresh Mascarpone whipped with goat cheese. Truffle honey, lemon pound cake

crumbles & thyme.
