Event Options 


We cater to all types of parties, from casual buffets to coursed sit-down dinners. We’re happy to work with your beverage budget too, with crowd-pleasing wines by the bottle, made-to-order cocktails, and everything in between.
 

Entry-tier

With self-serve light bites, your guests will be free to mingle and help themselves at the buffet line. This tier includes a party-sized cheese board, skewers with a protein of choice, and seasonal crostini's. For parties of 20 guests or more.


Mid-tier:

For your hungrier crowds, mid-tier offers a hot entrée in addition to a cheese board, skewers, and crostini's. Add to the excitement with a carving station or, for your wintertime parties, a raclette station. For parties of 15 guests or more.


Top tier:

Impress your guests with an intimate coursed sit-down dinner, including soup, salad, entrée(s), and dessert. Start with an amuse bouche, welcome wine, or cheese board to add some additional elegance to the evening. For parties of  10 guests or more.

Q: How many people can I bring?

A: Partakes unique space allows us to provide a venue options for most party sizes.


Q: Is there any event planner?

A: Yes, we have a designated event planning team to help you bring your event to life.


Q: Is there a performance space?

A: We are willing to consider any all reasonable to performance requests.


Q: Who is allowed to come?

A: Because of OLCC laws and the type of space and licensing we have, all attendees must be over 21 and must bring their ID with them,

which staff will check upon arrival if necessary. Children of any age, including babies, are unfortunately not allowed in our dining space. 

Q: Are there vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options?

A: Yes, we are able to accommodate all dietary preferences.


Q: Can we play our own music through your speakers?

A: Yes, if we are provided with your event playlist ahead of time then we will be able play through our house speaker. If you create a playlist and provide that link to our event coordinator in advance then that is easy for us to set up for you. At present we are not set up to play CDs etc., only streamed music.

Our Space

Our lounge space features 32 very comfortable seats. Two tables with room for eight, two tables with room for five, one table with room for four, and one table with room for two. Tables are separated by curtains, however for events we are happy to pull the curtains back for visibility between tables. Lighting can be dimmed, and we have two high quality Sonos speakers on hand.

While here, your guests will also have access, upon request, to visit our artisan, international cut to order cheese shop as well as our international bottle shop. Both feature a wonderful selection of excellent products from all over the world that your guests are welcome to purchase to consume on premises or take home with them after the event.
