Justin Wolf
Justin has a strong connection to cooking, as it has played a significant role in his family and upbringing in Medford. He accomplished an exceptional achievement by graduating with honors from the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute at 19. Justin has since gained valuable experience working at reputable establishments in Southern Oregon, such as Larks, Elements Tapas Bar, and SchoolHouse Brewhouse. With his extensive knowledge of farm-to-table concepts and skill in creating exquisite combinations, Justin aims to introduce fresh and captivating experiences through his work at Partake.

Cat Wolf
Cat Wolf is originally from a small town in southern Washington. She decided to move southern Oregon in 2011 in pursuit of new opportunities. Cat is highly skilled in various administrative duties such as organization, scheduling, and office management. In addition to her professional expertise, she has an unwavering passion for cheese, including discovering new varieties and creating unique cheese pairings. Furthermore, Cat is an avid photographer as well as our in-house photographer who enjoys capturing the beauty of food, nature, and everyday life through her lens.

Faith Lemire-Baeten
Faith was born in Northern California wine country and worked as an engineer in Los Angeles before moving to Southern Oregon to start her career in the wine industry. After getting her start managing a local tasting room, she wanted to broaden her horizons into international wine. Faith gets just as excited about a traditional Old World wine as she does about a funky New World one, and she loves finding the perfect wine for any occasion. In her spare time, Faith enjoys traveling, embroidery, sewing, and spending time by or in the water.

Sara Agnew
Sara, originally hailing from Philadelphia, PA, boasts an impressive eight-year bartending tenure and has amassed a remarkable 12 years of experience in the service industry. Outside of work, she enjoys indulging in the culinary arts, hosting social gatherings, curating a collection of vinyl records, embarking on picturesque hikes, engaging in river activities, exploring vintage fashion finds, and cherishing quality moments spent alongside her loyal companion, Spike, a red heeler/ jack Russell terrier.

Tim Coatney
Tim is a Southern Oregon native. Tim has been working in the wine service industry in one fashion or another since 2013. From curiosity to glass sales at Rosso's Trattoria to becoming a die-hard wine enthusiast, his passion for everyone's favorite grape juice has led him here. Tim may not be an expert, but he's more than happy to learn along with you, and he's very much looking forward to what the future will bring for Partake.

Ricky Reebel
​​Ricky has been fortunate enough to spend time in Germany, Austria, Italy, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Kazakhstan, and most of the States. He was previously an ESL teacher in Kazakhstan and enjoyed the experience of being fully immersed in another culture and broadening his communication skills. He is excited to be a member of the Partake team and learning from service industry experts. When not working he is either in dance class, with friends, or outside.
