With self-serve light bites, guests can mingle and help themselves at the buffet line. This tier includes a party-sized cheese board, skewers with a protein of choice, and seasonal crostini for 20 guests or more parties.

For hungrier crowds, the mid-tier offers a hot entrée, a cheese board, skewers, and crostini. For your wintertime parties, add to the excitement with a carving station or a raclette station for parties of 15 guests or more.

Impress your guests with an intimate, coursed sit-down dinner, including soup, salad, entrée(s), and dessert. Start with an amuse-bouche, welcome wine, or cheese board to add elegance to the evening for 10 guests or more parties.
